"Тomsk Food Company" Ltd was founded in 1996.The main business lines of the holding company are: production of wide range of goods processed from wild-growing and agricultural primary products, horticulture, trade, services for  storage of products. There is a powerful procuring network at the enterprise, consisting of stationary and mobile purchasing centers, which are situated on the territory of Tomsk and adjoining regions. The procuring network is provided with refrigeration and other facilities for reception and initial processing of raw material, transport, trained staff.

The  main method of processing is a “shock freezing” one in polish tunnels. This technology of freezing consists in putting the goods from a room temperature to minus 30-350C freeze-up, the products are to be frozen immediately. The technology permits to save the molecular structure of the products without changing that provides initial form, flavor and aroma. Also the most part of vitamins, microelements, mineral salts and other health-giving substances are preserved which are so necessary for human organisms especially within the period of winter deficiency. The equipment in use allows to attain IQF quality – individual freezing of the goods. The finished commodities are stored in deep-freeze compartments at minus 200C (+/-1С) temperature.

The company is the participant of external economic activity. We lade for export to the countries of West and Eastern Europe: Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, the Netherland, Poland, Czech republic, Byelorussia; as well as to Israel, the USA, China etc.
